Height: (Does it even have any? Preferred in cm)
Weight: (Does it even have any? Preferred in kg)

Form:

(Solid? Human? Gas? Liquid? How does your summon function? Can they physically intereact with something? Someone? This is where you put down any possible amount of information you can think of.

The same concept applies here as the 'Other' box in the Character Application. If you don't list it, it could come back to haunt you later.)

(All Summons are given a number of skills that you can register for them. There is no real set limit, but remember, the more skills you have and the stronger each one is, the higher the rank of the summon.

That also means, the less chance of it being approved for your Character. You can have a multitude of weaker ones, and still get a B or A ranked summon. At the same time, you can have 1 really useful skill, and STILL have a B or A ranked summon.

Think wisely here, and keep in mind your Character's current rank, stats, and fighting style.)
